Kit Contents:

The TriFECTa Kit includes 6 tubes that contain RNA duplexes (dry) and 1 tube that contains 1x buffer. All duplexes have been HPLC purified and QC tested by ESI-MS.

• Three target-specific Dicer-Substrate siRNA duplexes (2 nmoles each)

• Cy3 ^TM DS Transfection Control, fluorescent-labeled transfection control duplex (1 nmole)

• HPRT-S1 DS Positive Control duplex (1 nmole)

• DS Scrambled-Neg, universal negative control duplex (1 nmole)

• Rnase-free Duplex Buffer (100mM KAc/30 mM HEPES pH 7.5) (2 mL)
