¡¤         If the customer is ordering duplex RNA oligos, we would recommend the Duplex buffer.

¡¤         For all other single stranded oligos, (if wet shipping is required) the customer will want to use the IDTE buffer or nuclease-free water, just as they would use for DNA oligos.

¡¤         With regards to degradation, RNA will not degrade at a faster rate than DNA with regards to using the buffer or nuclease-free water.

¡¤         With regards to storage, the customer will want to follow the same procedures as they would with DNA.

Recommended: -20 degrees C (dry) is best. This will keep the RNA oligo stable for approximately 24 months.
