We recommend IDTE buffer for initial resuspension and storage of DLP’s if resuspending. For long term storage -20 degrees is recommended with aliquots of the stock sample. Degradation has been shown after 30 freeze/thaw cycles but you still want to keep the cycles at a minimum as much as you can.
Stability tests have shown that storing at -20 degrees for DLP’s start to show degradation at about 12 months, if storing at 4 degrees degradation has been shown at 9 months.
