PrimeTime Pre-designed qPCR Assays
IDT에서 Pre-designed qPCR Assays를 출시했습니다. 기존 PrimeTime qPCR Assay는 NCBI accession number를 이용해 Scitool에서 디자인된 sequences를 제공해 왔습니다.
이제는 더 진보된 Pre-designed qPCR Assay를 판매합니다. IDT의 풍부한 경험과 기술력을 바탕으로 NCBI의 최신 업데이트 sequence를 이용하여 구축된 풍부한 library를 이용하여 완벽한 실험을 구현하세요. -> 주문 바로가기 클릭!!!
[주문 방법] 1. NCBI accession number 혹은 gene symbol(기호, - 없이)을 입력 후 submit click 2. 원하는 species나 exon 위치 등으로 target 선택 범위를 줄인다. 3. 선택된 target의 reporter 형광 및 사이즈를 결정 한 뒤 order click -> 주문 완료
