7/10 부터 Custom Genes 및 MiniGene Synthesis 제품에 제공되는 문서를 업데이트 됩니다. 기존의 Sheet는 새로운Specification Sheet와 GenBank formatted file 문서로 대체 되었음을 알려드립니다. 첨부한 sample data sheet 을 참고해 주십시오.
Specification Sheet 는 다른 제품들과 동일한 layout으로 제공되고 GenBank file 은 NCBI에서사용되는 양식을 기반으로 하며 거의 모든 소프트웨어에서 이용할 수 있습니다.
IDT will be updating the documentation that accompanies its Custom Genes and MiniGene Synthesis products on Monday, July 10, 2017. The Specification Sheet that is typically associated with each construct will be replaced by two new documents: an updated Specification Sheet and a GenBank formatted file. The new Specification Sheet will follow the same layout of other IDT products. The GenBank file is based on a universal format used by NCBI and can be used by nearly all software packages. Samples of both the new Specification Sheet and an accompanying GenBank formatted file are attached for your information. |
