Custom RNA 합성

IDT 는 오늘날 연구자들이 필요로 하는 수율과 순도의 RNA를 공급합니다. IDT의 독점적인 RNase-Free HPLC 정제 방법은 순도가 85% 이상인 full-length RNA oligos를 제공합니다. Deprotection 및 desalting만 할 경우 5-6일 정도 소요되며 정제시 7-10일 정도 걸립니다. 정제된 RNA oligos는 counter-ion으로 sodium과 함께 제공됩니다.
