TransIT®-2020 Exhibits Superior Gene Expression in Multiple Prostate Cell Types. PC-3, DU-145, and LNCaP cells were transfected with a luciferase expression plasmid using TransIT-Prostate Transfection Kit or TransIT-2020 at multiple reagent-to-DNA ratios. The optimal ratio is representated at the reagent-to-DNA indicated beneath each bar. Transfections were performed in 96-well plates using 0.1 µg of plasmid DNA per well. Luciferase expression was measured at 24 hours post-transfection. Error bars represent the standard deviation of triplicate wells.
