BigEasy¢â-TSA¢â Electrocompetent Cells (>2 ¡¿ 1010 cfu/µg pKanR DNA) are for use with Lucigen¡¯s pJAZZ¢ç-OC or OK Linear Vectors in the BigEasy v2.0 Linear Cloning System. The TSA Cells have the telN gene required for high efficiency transformation, and the antA gene required for copy number control with the pJAZZ vector, integrated into the host genome. These cells also give high yield and high quality plasmid DNA due to the endA1 and recA1 mutations. They contain the mcr and mrr mutations, allowing methylated genomic DNA that has been isolated directly from mammalian or plant cells to be cloned without deletions or rearrangements.
