NxGen¢ç phi29 DNA Polymerase
phi29 DNA Polymerase is a highly processive DNA polymerase with a powerful strand displacement activity and a 3¡Ç¡æ 5¡Ç proofreading exonuclease function. The enzyme is capable of up to 70,000 insertions per binding event.
