• TA cloning • 아주 적은 양의 template • Multiple PCR reaction 가능 DescriptionIMMOLASE™ 는 heat-activated 한 내열성 DNA polymerase입니다. 높은 수율의 산물을 제공하며 (Fig.1) 일반 polymerase와 비교했을 때 감도면에서 월등히 뛰어납니다. 그리고 primer-dimer나 miss-primed 결과물 등 비특이적인 결합을 하지 않도록 하는 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 보통 상온에서는 enzyme의 활성이 없기 때문에 PCR 시작 전 pre-heating 과정을 10분간 진행을 해야 합니다. 이 pre-heating 과정을 진행하며 실험자는 PCR reagents들을 섞는 과정을 동시에 진행할 수 있기 때문에 setup 시간을 따로 잡지 않아도 되어 편리합니다. 게다가 기존의 다른 내열성 DNA polymerase의 protocol을 가지고 IMMOLASE™로 실험 가능하기 때문에 조건을 따로 잡을 번거로움이 줄어듭니다. 또한 2X PolyMate Additive(BIO-37041)를 추가로 사용하여 IMMOLASE™의 감도와 성능을 또 한번 높일 수 있습니다. 특히GC- 나 AT-가 많은 DNA sequence나 secondary structure가 많은 template에 아주 효과적입니다. Concentration5u/μl Storage & StabilityAll components should be stored at -20°C upon receipt for optimum stability. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
