StarGate¢ç for Bait Cloning

This novel cloning system is the perfect tool for efficient screening and fast identification of the optimal tag for PPI investigation with a given bait. Once the bait protein is cloned into the Donor Vector, a large selection of Acceptor Vectors for its expression with different tag arrangements is available.

For PPI analysis we provide Cloning Kits ( with different Acceptor Vectors) consisting of all required Products to perform the entire StarGate¢ç cloning procedure to generate the desired bait expression vector.
 
All Kits consist of
  • StarGate¢ç Combi Entry Cloning Set Cat.no. 5-1608-000
    (+ competent  E. coli TOP10 cells, 20 rxns)
     
  • StarGate¢ç Transfer Reagent Set Cat.no. 5-1603-001
     
  • 2 Acceptor Vectors according to PPI Method 
    (Specifications of the Acceptor Vectors see below)
