DescriptionMyTaq™ HS Mix는 Complex genomic DNA와 같 은 어려운 template를 보다 쉽고 정확하게 증폭하기 위해 Bioline에서 새롭게 개발한 antibody 기반의 hot start PCR enzyme 입니다. 수율, 감도, 속도를 좋게 할 수 있도록 최신 기술을 이용하여 PCR enzyme과 DNA와의 친화력을 높여주었습니다. 상온에서 reaction mix를 만들 수 있으므로 비특이적인 증폭과 primer-dimer 형성을 피할 수 있습니다. 또한 이 mastermix에는 dNTPs, MgCl2, enhancer들이 최적의 농도로 들어가 있어서 optimization 없이도 우수한 결과를 만들 수 있습니다. 이미 모든 필요시약이 섞인 MyTaq™ HS Mix는 ready-to-use 2x mix type으로 빠른 결과를 가져올 수 있는 고감도의 PCR enzyme입니다. 이 제품은 빠른 cycling condition으로 진행 할 수 있도록 setting 되어 감도나 수율은 높으면서 실험 시간은 단축 시킬 수 있습니다. 또한 red dye를 추가로 포함하고 있어 PCR 실험이 끝나고 확인 작업 시 따로 sample buffer를 넣어줄 필요 없이 바로 agarose gel loading이 가능하여 보다 편리합니다.
