RANGER Mix is a ready-to-use 2x mix, designed for the amplification of templates of 10kb or greater.
The advanced formulation of RANGER Mix enables extreme sensitivity and increased fidelity. For convenience, all of the components necessary for trouble-free PCR reactions are supplied in one tube to reduce the number of pipetting steps and improve efficiency and reproducibility.

Description

RANGER DNA polymerase는 hot-start enzyme으로 5'→3'과 3'→5' exonuclease 활성을 가지고 있어 high-fidelity와 고감도 특성을 자랑합니다. RANGER의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 새롭게 개발된 buffer system도 함께 제공합니다. 매우 예민한 target이나 10 kb 이상의 target을 전문적으로 증폭하기 위해 easy-to-use 타입으로 만들어 졌습니다. RANGER 역시 antibody 기반의 hot start 기능이 있기 때문에 상온에서 reaction sample을 만들 수 있는 편리함을 가지고 있어 비특이적인 증폭과 primer-dimer 형성을 피할 수 있습니다. 이 enzyme에는 구성품으로 5X RANGER reaction buffer가 함께 들어있는데 여기에 들어있는 ultra-pure dNTPs, MgCl2, enhancers등이 최적의 농도로 섞여 있어서 증폭을 보다 효과적으로 할 수 있게 도와줍니다.
RANGER는 sequencing이나 chromosomal translocation breakpoints의 mapping, structural variations와 같이 긴 target을 PCR 할 때 매우 유용한 제품입니다.RANGER에도 ready-to-use type의 2X mix가 있습니다. Reaction set up 단계에서는 polymerase가 비활성 상태이기 때문에 non-specific한 증폭을 줄일 수 있습니다. RANGER Mix의 특별한 조합 때문에 매우 고감도 상태로 증폭이 가능하고 fidelity 역시 높습니다. 이 제품은 trouble-free PCR reaction set up에 필요한 모든 reagent를 포함하는 m astermix 타입으로 실험자의 편리함을 높이고자 하나의 tube에 담겨 있습니다. 이는 pipetting step을 줄이고 효율성과 생산성을 높이는데 도움이 됩니다.

Storage & Stability

All components should be stored at -20°C upon receipt for optimum stability. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. When stored under the recommended conditions and handled correctly, full activity of the reagents is retained until the expiry date indicated on the outer box label.

Components may also be stored at +4°C if required, although storage at -20°C is recommended. When stored at +4°C, reagents will remain stable for a period of 2 weeks from date of receipt.
