DescriptionMyTaq™ One-Step RT-PCR은 하나의 tube에서 first-strand cDNA 합성과 PCR 단계가 재연성 있게 잘 이루어지도록 조합되었습니
다. Reverse transcriptase와 hot-start DNA polymerase가 함께 사용되기 위한 최적의 buffer system을 가진 MyTaq™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit는 빠르며 높은 특이성과 민감도를 제공하므로 total RNA 또는 mRNA 모두 사용할 수 있습니다. Reverse Transcriptase는 온도에 매우 안정적이라 높은 온도에서 모든 RNA를 높은 효율로 만들어 낼 수 있습니다. (사진 1) MyTaq™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit는 최소 3 pg의 RNA도 효율적으로 증폭시킬 수 있습니다. One-step으로 진행되므로 여러 과정에서 생기는 오염 또한 방지할 수 있고 RNA의 발현 양을 분석하는 실험에도 매우 적합할 만큼 민감도가 높은 제품 입니다. (사진 2) Target에 더욱 특이적으로 맞는 primer를 MyTaq™ One-Step RT-PCR Kit와 함께 사용함으로써 더욱 더 높은 감도와 특이성을 얻을 수가 있습니다.
