Description

 
Ready-to-use molecular-grade dNTP solution supplied as 1 x 1000ul for use in DNA polymerization reactions, DNA-labelling and sequencing processes. The dNTP Mix is a ready-to-use solution consisting of the following compounds: dATP, dGTP, dCTP and dTTP. The deoxynucleoside-triphosphates (sodium salts) are dissolved in water, pH 7.0.
Individual nucleotide solutions are provided as sodium salts. More information is available in individual datasheets provided on request.

Application

1. For direct use in DNA synthesis in vitro.
2. For direct use in DNA sequencing, labelling and in-vitro DNA synthesis.
Our dATP has been tested rigorously for long-range and RT PCR.

Storage and stability

Store the dNTP at -20¡ÆC or -70¡ÆC, in a constant temperature freezer. Avoid multiple freezing/thawing. For long-term usage, aliquoting is recommended.
