RunBlue RAPID SDS Run Buffer

 
RunBlue RAPID SDS RunBuffer is optimised for use with RunBlue Precast Gels to provide the best running contitions and optimal sample resolution.

Based on a Tris-MOPS buffer system this run buffer provides excellent band resolution and fast run time. A 10% RunBlue gel will be run to completion within 35 minutes. Separation pattern is similar to that produced by a conventional MES buffer system.

RunBlue LDS Sample buffer (NXB31010) has been specifically formulated for use with RunBlue gels. The ions in the sample buffer match the gel buffer and the buffer has a higher density, making it compatible with the density of the running buffer. The buffer contains two tracking dyes. The Red dye is designed to monitor the pH of the buffer. A colour change from red to yellow indicates a shift in pH indicating that the buffer was poorly made or recycled too many times.
RunBlue SDS Running Buffer (NXB50500) a non-Reducing Tris-Tricine buffer system which provides a separation similar to the MOPS buffer used with BIS-TRIS precast gels. It provides enhanced separation of higher molecular weight proteins. The buffer can also be used for reducing separation by adding antioxidant (NXA30010) to the buffer prior to use.
RunBlue RAPID Running Buffer is a reducing, Tris-MOPS buffer system which provides a separation profile similar to MES buffer used with BIS-TRIS gels.
Simply choose which buffer will provide the greatest resolution for your protein(s) of interest.
