 ImmoMix™ Red is a complete ready-to-use, red-colored, high yield; heat-activated, 2x reaction-mix which simply requires the user to add water, template and primers, and then pre-heat to 95°C for 10 minutes to carry out successful PCR assays. • TA cloning • 아주 적은 양의 template • Multiple PCR reaction 가능 DescriptionIMMOMIX™ 는 heat-activated 한 내열성 DNA polymerase 입니다. 높은 수율의 산물을 제공하며 일반 polymerase와 비교했을 때 감도면에서 월등히 뛰어납니다. 그리고 primer-dimer나 miss-primed 결과물 등 비특이적인 결합을 하지 않도록 하는 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 보통 상온에서는 enzyme의 활성 이 없기 때문에 PCR 시작 전 pre-heating 과정을 10분간 진행을 해야 합니다. 이 pre-heating 과정을 진행하며 실험자는 PCR reagents들을 섞는 과정을 동시에 진행할 수 있기 때문에 setup 시간을 따로 잡지 않아도 되어 편리합니다. 게다가 기존의 다른 내열성 DNA polymerase의 protocol을 가지고 IMMOMIX™로 실험 가능하기 때문에 조건을 따로 잡을 번거로움이 줄어듭니다. 또한 2X PolyMate Additive(BIO-37041)를 추가로 사용하여 IMMOMIX™의 감도와 성능을 또 한번 높일 수 있습니다. 특히 GC- 나 AT-가 많은 DNA sequence나 secondary structure가 많은 template에 아주 효과적입니다. 또한 IMMOMIX™ Red는 완벽한 ready-to-use 2x mix 타입으로 사용자로 하여금 template, primer, DW만 넣는 간편한 사용 방법의 장점을 가지고 있습니다.
여기에 Red dye까지 더해져 있어 PCR 실험 후 바로 사용 가능하기 때문에 IMMOMIX™보다 한층 더 편리합니다. Red dye는 non-toxic, non hazardoous하기 때문에 실험 결과에 어떠한 영향도 미치지 않습니다.(2% agarose TAE gel 에 350bp fragment 정도만큼 migrate합니다.)The red dye migrates like a 350bp fragment on a 2% agarose TAE gel (or 600bp on a 1% agarose). Concentration2xStorage & StabilityAll components should be stored at -20°C upon receipt for optimum stability. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
When stored under the recommended conditions and handled correctly, full activity of the reagents is retained until the expiry date indicated on the outer box label.
