만들어졌습니다. 여러 다른 DNA extraction 방법은 시간이 오래걸리고, step이 길거나 phenol을 이용하여 추출하고, overnight 으로 incubation을 하는 등 많은 불편함이 따릅니다. MyTaq™ Extract-PCR kit는 Mouse tail이나 ear등 solid tissue 에서부터 다른 여러 tissue type에 이르기까지 여러 sample들로부터 DNA를 추출하고 이를 이용하여 증폭하는 실험을 보다 편리하게 제공합니다. DNA 추출 과정은 하나의 tube에서 이루어지고 여러 번의 washing step이 필요하지 않아 sample loss나 오염의 위험에서 안전합니다. 추출된 DNA는 kit에 포함된 antibody 기반의 hot start 기능을 가진 MyTaq™ HS Red Mix를 사용하여 증폭이 가능합니다. 이 MyTaq™ HS Mix는 fast cycling condition으로 사용이 가능하여 reaction time을 줄이면서 PCR의 감도나 수율을 높일 수 있습니다. Single tube lysis protocol과 MyTaq™ HS Red Mix를 함께 사용함으로써 오염의 위험은 현저히 줄이고 감도는 최고로 높일 수가 있으며 실험시간 역시 눈에 띄게 줄어들게 됩니다. 새롭게 개발된 MyTaq™ HS Red Mix는 PCR reaction 자체의 활성에는 영향을 주지 않으면서 바로 gel loading이 가능하게 red dye가 포함이 되어있기 때문에 이 또한 Bioline 제품만이 가진 장점이라고 볼 수 있습니다. Storage & StabilityAll components should be stored at -20°C upon receipt for optimum stability. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
When stored under the recommended conditions and handled correctly, full activity of the reagents is retained until the expiry date indicated on the outer box label.
